1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to:
Within China: Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan.
International: North America, Europe, Southeast Asia, Australia, and select other regions.

2. Order Processing Time
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays).
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

While most international orders arrive in about 14 days, delays can occasionally occur due to customs, holidays, weather conditions, or carrier issues. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
4. Shipping Costs
Domestic Orders (China):
Free shipping on orders over ¥199.
¥15 flat rate for orders under ¥199.
International Orders:
Free shipping on orders over $100 USD.
A calculated shipping fee based on weight and destination will apply to orders under $100 USD.
Express shipping options are available at an extra cost and can be selected at checkout.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, and other fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Wowhairlab is not responsible for delays or additional charges due to customs processing.
6. Tracking Your Order
Tracking details will be sent to your email once your order ships.
You can track your shipment via the carrier’s official website or on our Track My Order page.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
7. Delivery Issues
If your package is delayed beyond 20 days, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at service@wowhairlab.com within 7 days of the delivery date.
We will assist with locating your package or arranging a replacement or refund, as appropriate.
8. Address Changes
Address changes must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order.
Once an order is shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address.
9. Refused or Undeliverable Packages
Packages returned due to incorrect address, refusal, or failure to collect will be subject to reshipping fees.
Refunds may be issued minus any original shipping fees and return costs.
