Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are processed as follows:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5–10 business days.
  • PayPal: 1–3 business days.
  • Store Credit: Within 24 hours.

Returns Policy

For eligible items, returns must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • Return requests must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
